Cancellation
Policy
Upon arrival, text me 712-301-1357 to let me know when you’re here and fill out the consent form while you’re waiting as I may be with another client.
GRACE PERIOD: if you are running late please text me before your appointment. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled as a No Show & you’ll be charged 50% of the service as I do NOT do rushed appointments. My clients are booked every 30minutes & the next client’s appointment time needs to be respected.
CANCELLATIONS: You have 24hrs to make changes or reschedule & cancel your appointment. The app reminds you days in advance of your appointment date and time. Same day cancellation results in 50% service charge. I understand things happen, please just communicate & we can discuss all things.

NO SHOWS: If you don’t call or text, it’s considered a no show & will be charged. If card is declined & you don’t pay the fee, you will be permanently removed from booking with me in the future.

Ingrown treatment (No Wax)
The perfect facial for “down there” to treat ingrowns & acne skin. This Ingrown treatments calls for a Pomegrante Enzyme, which is a powerful antioxidant that exfoliates, promotes deep hydration, reduce oiliness & improves skin texture. This treatment is to be scheduled 2 weeks after a wax.
